- 100g Gram flour
- 1 tbsp Rice flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Ajwain seeds
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 500ml Vegetable oil
Cooking Method
- The Coat Mix flour, egg, and spices into a thick batter.
- The Bloom Add a tiny splash of water if the batter is too dry; it should cling tightly.
- The Fry Drop fish strips into hot oil; fry for 4 minutes until dark golden and crispy.
- The Finish Serve hot with a sprinkle of Chaat Masala and lemon.
