Ingredients: 300g Fresh Cherries (pitted), 3 Eggs, 100g Sugar, 100g Flour, 200ml Whole milk, 1 tsp Cinnamon, 1 tsp Vanilla extract, 0.5 tsp Salt...

  • 300g Fresh Cherries (pitted)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 100g Sugar
  • 100g Flour
  • 200ml Whole milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Cooking Method

  1. The Bloom Whisk eggs and sugar with the spices and a tiny 10ml splash of warm milk to release the aromatics.
  2. The Silk Merge Whisk in flour and remaining milk until a smooth, thin batter forms.
  3. The Marriage Place cherries in a buttered dish; pour the spiced silk over them.
  4. The Bake Roast at 180°C for 30 minutes until the cloud is puffed and the edges are charred.
  5. The Final Flourish Finish with raw icing sugar and fresh lemon zest.
