- 300g Fresh Cherries (pitted)
- 3 Eggs
- 100g Sugar
- 100g Flour
- 200ml Whole milk
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp Salt
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk eggs and sugar with the spices and a tiny 10ml splash of warm milk to release the aromatics.
- The Silk Merge Whisk in flour and remaining milk until a smooth, thin batter forms.
- The Marriage Place cherries in a buttered dish; pour the spiced silk over them.
- The Bake Roast at 180°C for 30 minutes until the cloud is puffed and the edges are charred.
- The Final Flourish Finish with raw icing sugar and fresh lemon zest.
