- 250g Rice flour
- 150ml Warm water
- 1 Onion (finely diced)
- 1 Carrot (grated)
- 2 Green chilies
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Salt
Cooking Method
- The Mix Knead flour, veg, and spices with warm water into a soft, non-sticky dough.
- The Shape Flatten small balls directly onto a cold oiled pan or greaseproof paper.
- The Scorch Fry in a hot pan for 3 minutes per side until the edges are golden and crispy.
- The Final Flourish Serve hot with a massive dollop of white butter.
