- 3 tbsp Gram flour
- 400ml Water
- 1 Red onion (finely diced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Cooking Method
- The Silk Whisk yogurt, flour, and water into a smooth, thin liquid.
- The Architect Sauté onions until golden; add spices and a splash of water to form a paste.
- The Simmer Pour in the yogurt liquid; simmer low for 20 minutes, stirring constantly until thick.
- The Final Flourish Garnish with fresh coriander and a final sizzle of cumin seeds in ghee.
