Ingredients: 50g Dried Hibiscus flowers, 100g Sugar, 2 tbsp Honey, 1 Cinnamon stick, 2 Cloves, 1 tsp Ginger matchsticks, 1L Water...

  • 50g Dried Hibiscus flowers
  • 100g Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 tsp Ginger matchsticks
  • 1L Water

Cooking Method

  1. The Swell Bring water and sugar to a boil.
  2. The Bloom Add flowers and spices; simmer for 10 minutes to release the deep floral and woody aromatics.
  3. The Chill Strain and refrigerate until ice-cold.
  4. The Final Flourish Serve over ice with a massive hit of raw lime juice and fresh mint leaves.
