(Our Play on Spiced Agua de Jamaica)
Ingredients: 50g Dried Hibiscus flowers, 100g Sugar, 2 tbsp Honey, 1 Cinnamon stick, 2 Cloves, 1 tsp Ginger matchsticks, 1L Water...

- 50g Dried Hibiscus flowers
- 100g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 2 Cloves
- 1 tsp Ginger matchsticks
- 1L Water
Cooking Method
- The Swell Bring water and sugar to a boil.
- The Bloom Add flowers and spices; simmer for 10 minutes to release the deep floral and woody aromatics.
- The Chill Strain and refrigerate until ice-cold.
- The Final Flourish Serve over ice with a massive hit of raw lime juice and fresh mint leaves.
