THE SPICED COASTAL SCORCH

Ingredients: 2 Large Fish fillets (approx 400g total), 2 tsp Chili powder, 1 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tbsp Rice flour...
Ingredients
- 2 Large Fish fillets (approx 400g total)
- 2 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Rice flour
Cooking Method
- The Coat Mix spices, binder, and a tiny splash of water into a paste; rub over fish.
- The Rest Let sit for 10 minutes so the spices 'grip' the skin.
- The Scorch Pan-fry in hot oil for 4 minutes per side until the edges are blackened and crispy.
- The Finish Serve immediately with fresh lime wedges.
