- 500g Beef (cubed)
- 400ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Rendang paste
- 30g Toasted coconut flakes
Cooking Method
- The Sear Fry beef in a pot until browned.
- The Bloom Add paste and a splash of water; fry until the oil rises.
- The Slow Merge Add coconut milk; simmer uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring until the milk evaporates.
- The Scorch The beef will start to fry in its own coconut fat; keep stirring until dark brown.
- The Finish Toss in toasted coconut flakes for a final textured hit.
