- 500g Beef mince
- 1 tbsp Ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 50ml Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry meat and garlic until dark charred.
- The Bloom Add ginger, soy, and honey with a 20ml splash of water; the steam will release the umami.
- The build Roll the soy-meat silk into phyllo snakes; coil into a pan.
- The Bake Roast at 200°C until rock-hard golden.
- The Final Flourish Finish with raw sesame seeds.
