Ingredients: 500g Chicken thighs (cubed), 4 tbsp Cornflour, 1 Egg, 4 tbsp Soy sauce, 2 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp Ginger paste, 6 cloves Garlic (minced), Sliced Red chilies, Spring onions...

Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken thighs (cubed)
  • 4 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Sliced Red chilies
  • Spring onions

Cooking Method

  1. The Coat Dredge chicken in egg then cornflour; fry until golden and crispy; remove.
  2. The Architect In a fresh pan, fry the minced garlic in 1 tbsp oil until it is deep golden and smells like a biscuit.
  3. The Bloom Add the remaining silk ingredients and a 40ml splash of water; boil until it form a dark, thick lava.
  4. The Marriage Toss the crispy chicken into the garlic lava until every piece is mahogany and sticky.
  5. The Finish Top with fresh chilies and spring onions for a sharp aromatic hit.
