Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Gochujang
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 4 Sausages (sliced)
- 100g Kimchi
- 1 block Ramen noodles
- 600ml Chicken stock
Cooking Method
- The Architect Arrange sausages and kimchi in a wide pan.
- The Bloom Whisk gochujang and soy with a 30ml splash of stock; pour over the medley.
- The Swell Add the rest of the stock; bring to a boil and add the dry ramen block.
- The Marriage Simmer for 4 minutes until the noodles are soft and the sauce is a thick, fiery silk.
- The Finish Top with a slice of processed cheese and fresh spring onions for a salty hit.
