Cooking Method
- The Scorch High-heat sear prawns in butter until charred and pink; remove.
- The Architect Add garlic and ajvar to the hot pan; fry until the oil starts to separate.
- The Bloom Add spices and wine; the steam will release the smoky pepper oils.
- The Silk Merge Stir in cream; simmer for 2 minutes until a thick, orange-red silk forms.
- The Marriage Return prawns; toss until lacquered.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh dill matchsticks and extra lemon zest.
