(Our Play on Chipotle Prawns)

Ingredients
- 400g King Prawns (cleaned)
- 2 tbsp Chipotle in Adobo sauce
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Fresh Coriander
- Lime juice
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Sear prawns in a wide pan for 1 minute until they start to turn pink; remove.
- The Architect Melt butter and sauté garlic until it turns a deep golden brown.
- The Bloom Add chipotle and paprika with a 20ml splash of water; boil for 30 seconds to form a dark, smoky lacquer.
- The Marriage Toss the prawns back in for 1 minute until every surface is glowing red and sticky.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw coriander and fresh lime.
