Ingredients: 400g King Prawns (cleaned), 2 tbsp Chipotle in Adobo sauce, 1 tsp Smoked paprika, 2 cloves Garlic (minced), 2 tbsp Butter, Fresh Coriander, Lime juice...

Ingredients

  • 400g King Prawns (cleaned)
  • 2 tbsp Chipotle in Adobo sauce
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Lime juice

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Sear prawns in a wide pan for 1 minute until they start to turn pink; remove.
  2. The Architect Melt butter and sauté garlic until it turns a deep golden brown.
  3. The Bloom Add chipotle and paprika with a 20ml splash of water; boil for 30 seconds to form a dark, smoky lacquer.
  4. The Marriage Toss the prawns back in for 1 minute until every surface is glowing red and sticky.
  5. The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw coriander and fresh lime.
