Ingredients: 400g Cooked Octopus (sliced into strips), 1 tsp Smoked paprika, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 0.5 tsp Cumin, 2 tbsp Olive oil, 1 Lime (juiced), 1 Red onion (petals)...

Ingredients

  • 400g Cooked Octopus (sliced into strips)
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Lime (juiced)
  • 1 Red onion (petals)

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry octopus and onion in oil on maximum heat for 3 minutes until charred and crispy.
  2. The Bloom Add spices and a tiny 15ml splash of lime juice; the steam will create a smoky red lacquer on the reef.
  3. The Marriage Toss for 1 minute until the liquid evaporates and the meat is stained red.
  4. The Final Flourish Serve in warm tortillas with raw fresh coriander and lime.
