(Our Play on Tandoori Prawns)
Ingredients: 400g Jumbo Prawns (cleaned), 100g Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tsp Turmeric, 2 tsp Smoked paprika, 1 tsp Garam masala...
Ingredients
- 400g Jumbo Prawns (cleaned)
- 100g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garam masala
Cooking Method
- The Coat Whisk marinade and spices; toss prawns and let rest for 10 minutes.
- The Scorch Sear on high heat in a heavy pan or under a 220°C grill for 3 minutes per side.
- The Char Wait for the skins to blacken slightly and the meat to turn pink.
- The Final Flourish Dust with Chaat Masala and serve with a neon mint relish.
