(Our Play on Spiced Pork Tostadas)
Ingredients: 4 Crispy Tostada shells, 400g Cooked pork (shredded), 1 tbsp Chili powder, 1 tsp Cumin, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 100g Refried beans, 2 tbsp Salsa Verde, 1 Red onion (minced)...

- 4 Crispy Tostada shells
- 400g Cooked pork (shredded)
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 100g Refried beans
- 2 tbsp Salsa Verde
- 1 Red onion (minced)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry shredded pork with spices in 1 tbsp oil until the edges are crispy.
- The Bloom Add salsa verde with a 20ml splash of water to the pan to release the aromatics.
- The Assembly Spread hot beans on the tostadas; top with the spiced pork.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh jalapeño, onion, and a hit of lime.
