THE SMOKY PORK-DISK

Ingredients: 4 Crispy Tostada shells, 400g Cooked pork (shredded), 1 tbsp Chili powder, 1 tsp Cumin, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 100g Refried beans, 2 tbsp Salsa Verde, 1 Red onion (minced)...

Ingredients

  • 4 Crispy Tostada shells
  • 400g Cooked pork (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 100g Refried beans
  • 2 tbsp Salsa Verde
  • 1 Red onion (minced)

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry shredded pork with spices in 1 tbsp oil until the edges are crispy.
  2. The Bloom Add salsa verde with a 20ml splash of water to the pan to release the aromatics.
  3. The Assembly Spread hot beans on the tostadas; top with the spiced pork.
  4. The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh jalapeño, onion, and a hit of lime.
