Ingredients: 800g White beans (canned/rinsed), 4 Large White onions (finely sliced), 100ml Sunflower oil, 2 tbsp Smoked paprika, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Honey, 100ml Veg stock...

Ingredients

  • 800g White beans (canned/rinsed)
  • 4 Large White onions (finely sliced)
  • 100ml Sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 100ml Veg stock

Cooking Method

  1. The Architect Fry onions in oil on low heat for 20 minutes until they melt into a sweet golden jam.
  2. The Bloom Add paprika and pepper with a 30ml splash of stock; the hiss will release the smoky oils into the jam.
  3. The Marriage Mix beans and onion jam in a tray; drizzle with honey.
  4. The Scorch Roast at 200°C for 20 minutes until the top layer is charred and blackened.
  5. The Final Flourish Finish with extra raw paprika and fresh raw parsley.
