(Our Play on Tandoori Broccoli)

Ingredients
- 1 Large head of broccoli (broken into small florets)
- 100g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 tsp White pepper
Cooking Method
- The Coat Whisk marinade and spices; toss broccoli florets until fully coated.
- The Bloom Add a tiny 15ml splash of water to ensure the spices grip the clusters.
- The Scorch Grill at 220°C for 8 minutes until the edges are blackened and charred.
- The Final Flourish Dust with Chaat Masala and a hit of fresh lemon juice.
