- 4 Smoked Balkan Klobasa or Chorizo
- 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 50ml Light beer
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Score sausages; grill on maximum heat until the skins are blackened and rock-hard charred.
- The Bloom In a small pan, whisk honey, beer, mustard, and spices; boil for 2 minutes to release the smoky aromatics.
- The Marriage Baste the charred sausages with the beer-silk for the last 2 minutes on the grill.
- The Final Flourish Serve with raw white onion rings and a hit of raw parsley.
