Ingredients: 250g Ricotta cheese (whole block), 2 tsp Chili flakes, 1 tsp Smoked paprika, 2 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tbsp Honey...

Ingredients

  • 250g Ricotta cheese (whole block)
  • 2 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Cooking Method

  1. The Shape Place the ricotta block on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
  2. The Bloom Whisk olive oil, honey, and spices with a tiny 10ml splash of water; pour over the cheese.
  3. The Scorch Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until the edges are golden and the spices form a charred crust.
  4. The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw fresh oregano or thyme.
