Ingredients

  • 300g Pak Choi (halved)
  • 100g Tenderstem broccoli
  • 4 cloves Garlic (finely sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger matchsticks
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Toasted sesame oil

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch High-heat stir-fry the greens in a dry wok until the edges are blackened and charred.
  2. The Architect Push to the side; sauté garlic and ginger in 1 tbsp oil until deep golden.
  3. The Bloom Add sauces and a 30ml splash of water to create a dark umami mist that steams the veg.
  4. The Marriage Toss everything for 1 minute until the sauce is a thick velvet silk.
  5. The Finish Finish with sesame oil and serve steaming hot.
