- 300g Pak Choi (halved)
- 100g Tenderstem broccoli
- 4 cloves Garlic (finely sliced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger matchsticks
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
Cooking Method
- The Scorch High-heat stir-fry the greens in a dry wok until the edges are blackened and charred.
- The Architect Push to the side; sauté garlic and ginger in 1 tbsp oil until deep golden.
- The Bloom Add sauces and a 30ml splash of water to create a dark umami mist that steams the veg.
- The Marriage Toss everything for 1 minute until the sauce is a thick velvet silk.
- The Finish Finish with sesame oil and serve steaming hot.
