- 200g Ajvar (mild or spicy)
- 1 tbsp Truffle oil
- 50ml Olive oil
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Cooking Method
- The Architect Gently heat the olive oil and garlic until it starts to sizzle.
- The Bloom Add paprika and garlic powder with a tiny 10ml splash of vinegar; the reaction will release the piquant oils.
- The Silk Merge Whisk the hot spiced oil and truffle oil into the ajvar until it forms a dark, earthy red silk.
- The Final Flourish Serve as a raw hit for charred meats or toasted bread.
