- 1 tsp Salt
- 100ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 50ml Red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp Cumin
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk spices and piri-piri with a 30ml splash of warm water; the moisture will help the oils release from the dried flakes.
- The Silk Merge Whisk in olive oil, vinegar, and honey until it forms a thick, glowing fire-silk.
- The Marriage Let the mixture sit for 1 hour to allow the flavor architecture to build.
- The Final Flourish Use as a raw rub for chicken or pork before roasting, or as a hot dipping silk.
