- 30g Pine nuts

- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 100ml Olive oil
- 50g Parmesan
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Briefly toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until the oils release.
- The Bloom Blitz tomatoes, garlic, and spices with a tiny 15ml splash of water to form a dark fire-paste.
- The Silk Merge Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while pulsing until the sauce is a thick, dark red silk.
- The Marriage Stir in the cheese by hand to maintain the architecture of the paste.
- The Final Flourish Toss with hot pasta and top with fresh raw basil matchsticks.
