- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder

- 200g Manchego (grated)
Cooking Method
- The Architect Fry onion puree in butter until it turns into a sweet golden jam.
- The Bloom Add spices to the béchamel with a 30ml splash of milk; the heat will swell the nutmeg oils.
- The Silk Merge Whisk the pesto into the white silk until vibrant green.
- The Marriage Layer sheets, green silk, and manchego; repeat until the dish is full.
- The Scorch Roast at 190°C for 30 minutes until the top is a dark, bubbling, charred crust.
