  • 500g Shredded Beef or Chicken
  • 3 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • Enchilada Sauce
  • 200g Cheddar (grated)
  • 2 Red onions (pureed)

Cooking Method

  1. The Architect Fry onion puree until dark and sweet; add spices and a 40ml splash of sauce to form a fire-paste.
  2. The Marriage Mix shredded protein with half the fire-paste and a handful of cheese.
  3. The Build Roll into tortillas; place in a dish and drench in the remaining red silk sauce.
  4. The Scorch Cover in remaining cheese; bake at 200°C until the top is a charred gold.
  5. The Final Flourish Top with raw sour cream and fresh coriander.
