- 500g Shredded Beef or Chicken
- 3 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano

- 200g Cheddar (grated)
- 2 Red onions (pureed)
Cooking Method
- The Architect Fry onion puree until dark and sweet; add spices and a 40ml splash of sauce to form a fire-paste.
- The Marriage Mix shredded protein with half the fire-paste and a handful of cheese.
- The Build Roll into tortillas; place in a dish and drench in the remaining red silk sauce.
- The Scorch Cover in remaining cheese; bake at 200°C until the top is a charred gold.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw sour cream and fresh coriander.
