Cooking Method
- The Scorch Sear meat until dark brown charred.
- The Architect Fry onions and garlic in fat until sweet mahogany jam.
- The Bloom Add spices and Rakija; ignite to release the spirit and fire.
- The Swell Add wine and honey; simmer covered for 80 minutes until melting collagen silk.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh parsley matchsticks.
