- 100g Ajvar
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 50ml Rakija or Brandy
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Wine vinegar
Cooking Method
- The Architect Gently heat ajvar and garlic in a small pan.
- The Bloom Add spices and Rakija; carefully ignite to release the spirit aromatics.
- The Silk Merge Whisk in honey and vinegar until it forms a thick, glowing fire-lava.
- The Final Flourish Let cool; use as a raw hit for any scorched protein or grilled cheese.
