- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 200ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar

- 1 Lemon (juiced)
Cooking Method
- The Architect Gently heat the oil and garlic until it starts to sizzle—do not brown.
- The Bloom Add the chili and paprika to the hot oil with a tiny 15ml splash of vinegar; the reaction will bloom the fiery oils.
- The Marriage Stir in the lemon juice; the acid will pop the oil bubbles.
- The Finish Let cool; the oil will turn a deep, dangerous red.
- The Final Flourish Use as a raw spicy hit for everything.
