- 2 tbsp Piri-Piri flakes
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk piri-piri, paprika, and garlic powder with the lemon juice in a small bowl; the acid will release the chili oils.
- The Silk Merge Fold the spiced red paste into the softened butter until completely combined and a uniform fire-silk forms.
- The Marriage Roll into a cylinder and chill until firm.
- The Scorch Melt a thick slice over hot steak or grilled fish to release the raw red perfume.
- The Final Flourish Finish with raw lemon zest.
