- 400g King Prawns
- 6 cloves Garlic (finely diced)
- 50g Butter
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Fresh Parsley
- Lemon zest
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Heat a heavy pan; fry prawns for 2 minutes until pink and charred.
- The Architect Push prawns aside; melt butter and fry garlic until deep golden and nutty.
- The Bloom Add honey, soy, and lemon with a 30ml splash of water; boil until it forms a thick golden lacquer.
- The Marriage Toss the prawns until every surface is glistening and sticky.
- The Finish Finish with fresh parsley and lemon zest for a raw aromatic hit.
