- 6 cloves Garlic (minced to a paste)
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
- Massive handful of fresh Parsley
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk the garlic and spices with a tiny 5ml splash of lemon juice; the acid will release the garlic perfume into the powder.
- The Silk Merge Fold the spiced garlic paste into the softened butter until completely combined.
- The Marriage Add the finely minced parsley; roll the butter into a cylinder and chill until firm.
- The Scorch Melt a thick slice over any hot protein or veg; the heat will release the raw green perfume.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a final squeeze of raw lemon zest.
