Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry wings on high heat or roast at 220°C for 15 minutes until the skin is rock-hard crispy.
- The Bloom In a large bowl, whisk lime juice, honey, and spices with a tiny 15ml splash of water to form a thick, glowing lacquer.
- The Marriage Toss the hot crispy wings in the citrus-fire silk until every surface is sticky and red.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw lime zest, fresh coriander, and a dusting of sea salt.
