  • 500g Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Aleppo pepper or Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dried Mint
  • 1 tsp Salt

Cooking Method

  1. The Architect Gently heat oil and garlic until it starts to sizzle—do not brown.
  2. The Bloom Add the chili and paprika to the hot oil with a tiny 5ml splash of water; the sudden reaction will release the fire.
  3. The Silk Merge Whisk the hot fire-oil and mint into the cold yogurt until it forms a swirling red-white silk.
  4. The Final Flourish Let sit for 10 minutes; use as a raw hit for any scorched protein.
