- 500g Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Aleppo pepper or Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Dried Mint
- 1 tsp Salt
Cooking Method
- The Architect Gently heat oil and garlic until it starts to sizzle—do not brown.
- The Bloom Add the chili and paprika to the hot oil with a tiny 5ml splash of water; the sudden reaction will release the fire.
- The Silk Merge Whisk the hot fire-oil and mint into the cold yogurt until it forms a swirling red-white silk.
- The Final Flourish Let sit for 10 minutes; use as a raw hit for any scorched protein.
