- 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 100ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
Cooking Method
- The Architect Gently heat the oil and garlic until it starts to sizzle—do not brown.
- The Bloom Add spices to the hot oil with a tiny 15ml splash of vinegar; the reaction will bloom the smoky herb perfume.
- The Marriage Whisk in honey and lemon juice until it forms a thick, glowing orange silk.
- The Final Flourish Let cool; use as a raw glaze for skewers or grilled vegetables.
