Cooking Method
- The Architect Gently heat the oil and garlic until it starts to sizzle—do not brown.
- The Bloom Whisk in the spices and vinegar; the sudden reaction will release the smoky aromatics.
- The Silk Merge Stir in the ajvar until it vanishes into a thick red-silk.
- The Final Flourish Let cool; use as a raw hit for grilled meat, eggs, or as a bread-soak.
