Ingredients

- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 cloves Garlic (pureed)
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 100ml Extra virgin olive oil

Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk garlic and spices with the lemon juice; add a tiny 5ml splash of warm water to wake the earthy cumin.
- The Silk Merge Blitz the pulses with the tahini and spiced lemon juice; slowly drizzle in oil until it forms a heavy, glossy silk.
- The Marriage Let sit for 20 minutes to allow the flavor architecture to set.
