- 500g Chicken breast (cubed)
- 3 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili flakes
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
Cooking Method
- The Coat Dredge chicken in egg then cornflour; fry until dark golden and crispy.
- The Bloom In a fresh pan, boil hoisin, vinegar, and chili with a 30ml splash of water.
- The Marriage Toss the crispy chicken into the bubbling sauce until lacquered and red.
- The Finish Garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime.
