- 300g Firm Tofu (cubed)
- 4 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Grated ginger
- Dried seaweed (Nori) strips
- Grated radish
Cooking Method
- The Coat Roll tofu cubes in cornflour until fully white; fry in oil until the edges are crispy and golden.
- The Bloom Whisk soy, honey, and ginger with a 30ml splash of water; boil in a small pan until thick.
- The Marriage Pour the hot syrup over the crispy tofu cubes.
- The Finish Top with seaweed strips for a salty oceanic hit.
