  • 500g Chicken mince
  • 2 Spring onions (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 20g Cornflour
  • 1 Egg

Cooking Method

  1. The Build Knead mince, onions, ginger, and binder for 5 minutes until the texture is tacky.
  2. The Shape Form into small spheres; chill for 15 minutes to firm up.
  3. The Scorch Fry in a hot pan or grill until the edges are blackened and charred.
  4. The Bloom Pour the silk ingredients with a 30ml splash of water over the balls; boil until the sauce is a thick glaze.
  5. The Finish Roll the balls in the sauce and serve with sesame seeds.
