- 2 Spring onions (minced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 20g Cornflour
- 1 Egg
Cooking Method
- The Build Knead mince, onions, ginger, and binder for 5 minutes until the texture is tacky.
- The Shape Form into small spheres; chill for 15 minutes to firm up.
- The Scorch Fry in a hot pan or grill until the edges are blackened and charred.
- The Bloom Pour the silk ingredients with a 30ml splash of water over the balls; boil until the sauce is a thick glaze.
- The Finish Roll the balls in the sauce and serve with sesame seeds.
