Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillets (cut into 2cm strips)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry salmon strips in sesame oil on high heat for 2 minutes per side until charred.
- The Bloom Add the soy, honey, and ginger with a 20ml splash of water directly into the pan.
- The Marriage Stir-fry for 2 minutes until the sauce reduces to a dark, thick glaze on the fish.
- The Final Flourish Garnish with fresh lime and sesame seeds.
