Ingredients: 2 Salmon fillets (cut into 2cm strips), 2 tbsp Soy sauce, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tsp Ginger paste, 1 tbsp Sesame oil...

Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon fillets (cut into 2cm strips)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry salmon strips in sesame oil on high heat for 2 minutes per side until charred.
  2. The Bloom Add the soy, honey, and ginger with a 20ml splash of water directly into the pan.
  3. The Marriage Stir-fry for 2 minutes until the sauce reduces to a dark, thick glaze on the fish.
  4. The Final Flourish Garnish with fresh lime and sesame seeds.
