Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Heat sesame oil in a pan; fry salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes until crispy.
- The Bloom Add the soy, honey, and ginger with a 20ml splash of water directly into the pan.
- The Marriage Flip the salmon; stir-fry for 3 minutes as the liquid reduces to a dark, thick syrup on the fish.
- The Final Flourish Top with black sesame seeds and fresh lime juice.
