THE SESAME-LACQUER FIN
(Our Play on Teriyaki Glazed Salmon)

Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillets (approx. 350g total)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 20g Fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- Black sesame seeds
- Fresh lime
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry salmon skin-side down in 1 tbsp oil for 4 minutes until the skin is rock-hard and crispy.
- The Architect Flip the fish; push to the side and sauté ginger and garlic until golden.
- The Bloom Add the silk ingredients and a 20ml splash of water to form a dark, bubbling glaze.
- The Marriage Toss the salmon in the glaze for 3 minutes until the liquid reduces to a thick lacquer.
- The Finish Top with sesame seeds and a hit of raw lime juice.
