- 1 Cauliflower (tiny florets)
- 3 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce

- 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Cooking Method
- The Coat Dredge florets in egg and cornflour; fry until dark golden and crispy.
- The Bloom In a fresh pan, boil the silk ingredients with a 30ml splash of water until syrupy.
- The Marriage Toss the crispy cauliflower in the glaze until every side is sticky.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of sesame seeds and spring onions.
