- 400g Beef (paper-thin slices)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar

- 1 tbsp Garlic paste

Cooking Method
- The Coat Toss beef in the silk and architect ingredients; let rest for 20 minutes.
- The Scorch Fry beef in a super-hot pan in small batches for 2 minutes until charred and caramelized.
- The Bloom Add a tiny 15ml splash of water to the pan to release the sticky bits from the bottom.
- The Marriage Toss everything until the meat is glistening and the sauce has vanished into a glaze.
- The Finish Top with sesame seeds and fresh spring onions for a raw hit.
