(Our Play on Korean Chicken Bulgogi)

- 500g Chicken thighs (thin strips)
- 2 tbsp Gochujang
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 Large onion (sliced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- Black sesame seeds
- Spring onions
Cooking Method
- The Coat Marinate chicken in the fire silk and architect for 30 minutes.
- The Scorch Fry chicken and onions in a hot pan until the edges are blackened and charred.
- The Bloom Add a 20ml splash of water to the pan to form a dark red lacquer.
- The Marriage Toss until the sauce is absorbed and the chicken is sticky.
- The Finish Top with sesame seeds and raw spring onions.
