- 3 tbsp Soy sauce

Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry tofu cubes in sesame oil on high heat until the edges are golden and crispy.
- The Bloom Whisk soy, honey, and ginger with a 20ml splash of water; pour into the pan.
- The Marriage Stir-fry for 3 minutes until the liquid reduces into a dark, thick syrup that coats the tofu blocks.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of black sesame seeds and raw spring onions.
