Ingredients: 200g Feta (whole block), 1 tsp Saffron strands, 1 tsp Dried Oregano, 1 tsp Black pepper, 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp Rose water...

  • 200g Feta (whole block)
  • 1 tsp Saffron strands
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Rose water

Cooking Method

  1. The Bloom Whisk oil, honey, and spices with the rose water; add a tiny 5ml splash of warm water to release the golden oils.
  2. The Marriage Place feta in a small oven dish; drench in the golden honey-silk.
  3. The Scorch Roast at 210°C for 15 minutes until the honey bubbles and the feta edges are charred.
  4. The Final Flourish Top with raw crushed pistachios and fresh raw mint.
