- 2 Roasted Red Peppers (chopped)

- 1 tsp Saffron strands
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 50g Butter
- 1 tbsp Milk
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté onion and peppers in butter until soft and sweet.
- The Bloom Add saffron and pepper to the hot pan with a 15ml splash of milk; the heat will release the golden oils.
- The Marriage Pour in the eggs and cheese; scramble gently until a creamy, vibrant yellow silk forms.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh dill and extra virgin olive oil.
