Ingredients
- 150g Arborio rice
- 1L Whole milk
- 150g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Orange Blossom water
- 1 tsp Saffron strands
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Cooking Method
- The Swell Boil rice in water for 10 minutes until soft; drain.
- The Bloom Simmer milk with the cinnamon stick and saffron; the heat will release the golden oils.
- The Simmer Add rice and sugar to the spiced milk; cook until thick and creamy.
- The Silk Merge Stir in orange blossom water and vanilla off the heat; do not boil the floral oils.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw crushed pistachios and a final dust of raw cinnamon.
