THE ROSEMARY CHEESE-LAVA

Ingredients: 1 Whole Camembert (in its wooden box), 2 cloves Garlic (sliced), 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary, 1 tsp Chili flakes, 1 tsp Black pepper, 2 tbsp Dry White Wine, 1 tbsp Honey...

Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Camembert (in its wooden box)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (sliced)
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Dry White Wine
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Cooking Method

  1. The Build Cut a cross into the top of the cheese; stuff with garlic slices and rosemary.
  2. The Bloom Whisk wine, honey, and spices with a tiny 5ml splash of water; pour into the cross.
  3. The Scorch Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until the center is a molten lava and the top is charred.
  4. The Final Flourish Serve with charred baguette and top with fresh raw rosemary.
